Our company was founded in 1999 in an attempt to provide cleanliness, comfort and style to our pets in their time of need. Dean and I (Felicia) started this company because we feel our dogs deserve better than what was available to us. Dean has had dogs all his life but I had never owned a dog. So after 15 years of hearing "I want a dog" I finally gave in. There went my hardwood floors and my beautiful home!

After much discussion, We got our first show dog, a Weimaraner, her name is International/American Champion Valmar's Golden Nugget (Dean certainly never thought we'd be showing). We call her "Aidesh" She brought so much life and joy into our home, We decided we should get another dog. Our second dog was Champion Schattenberg's L.A. Woman and we called her "Mojo".

They are the sweetest, most loving dogs and that is why I make BitchWear. Because I care what my bitches wear. I just could not stand to put those rigid uncomfortable store bought diapers on my girls. Watching them struggle to get them off every season was unbearable. I decided it was time to get out my old sewing machine that my father bought for me back in high school and work out the cobwebs.

I started out sewing for just my girls but when they went into season people would see them in their panties and comment on how adorable they looked and that they just had to have a pair. Well, my sewing got better and the demand grew to a point where we felt we would like to share SurfCity BitchWear with you. As you will see our styles are unique and limited in size. All our panties are one of a kind, handmade with specially selected materials and supplies. We will continue to offer unique and adorable styles and materials to choose from. It's highly unlikely you will get bored with our selection. As a matter of fact if you want something in particular, drop us a line and we will see what we can do. We believe that SurfCity BitchWear has something for everyone.

SurfCity BitchWear is run in conjunction with SurfCity Weimaraners out of a small seaside community in Southern California. Our goal is to ensure that any dog that comes from our kennel is as close to perfect as it can possible be. We strive to improve the health, conformation and temperament with every litter we breed. We take great pride in our dogs and the same holds true with our BitchWear. Every piece is made with hardwork, love and care.
